We use PostHog, hosted in its EU region, to understand traffic, measure campaign results and improve the website’s content, performance and usability. PostHog processes analytics on our behalf.

We do not send analytics events before you accept. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Optional analytics

The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Only clicking Accept enables first-party analytics cookies and local storage, page visits, QR and other campaign attribution, reading time, scroll depth, browser/device information, loading performance, returning-visit attribution, detailed automatic interactions, heatmaps, error reports and session recordings. Inputs are masked. We do not record clipboard contents, console logs, network headers or request/response bodies. Choosing Reject leaves optional collection off. Leaving the banner open or continuing to browse does not count as acceptance.

Your browser stores a separate preference to remember your choice. When you accept, PostHog stores a pseudonymous browser identifier to connect visits. You can withdraw consent at any time using Privacy preferences or the controls below, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rejecting optional analytics removes the analytics identifier; disabling all analytics stops further capture. These choices do not erase events already received.

Retention

Analytics cookies last up to one year. New session recordings are retained for 30 days. Event retention follows the PostHog project plan (up to seven years); requests to erase personal data can be sent to The Agile Monkeys. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection and does not automatically erase existing events.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and restriction, portability or objection where applicable, by emailing privacy@theagilemonkeys.com. You can withdraw optional analytics consent through Privacy preferences. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
